System Overview
Customers can log in, view assigned employees, send private messages, and access their profile. Employees can manage assigned customers, edit client information, create internal notes, reply to notes, and mark issues as needing attention, in progress, or taken care of.
Customers can message assigned employees and view their own basic profile details.
Employees can manage assigned customer cards, update statuses, and create private internal notes.
Admins can view all customers, employees, conversations, notes, replies, and internal task statuses.

Internal notes are hidden from customers. Employees and admins can reply to notes and update their status as work gets handled.
